Manage your team, configure settings, and monitor platform events

The Operations section covers everything you need to run your RevKeen account day to day -- from managing your team and configuring settings to monitoring activity and staying on top of notifications.

Dashboard overview

When you log into RevKeen, the Home dashboard provides an at-a-glance view of your business health, including revenue metrics, recent activity, and quick actions to manage your day-to-day operations.

Key metrics

Gross RevenueTotal revenue before refunds and fees
Net RevenueRevenue after refunds, fees, and chargebacks
MRRMonthly Recurring Revenue from active subscriptions
Active CustomersCustomers with active subscriptions or recent purchases
Churn RatePercentage of subscriptions cancelled this period
Average Order ValueMean transaction amount across all orders

Time period selection

Use the date picker to view metrics for different time periods:

  • Today -- Current day's activity
  • Last 7 days -- Rolling weekly view
  • Last 30 days -- Monthly overview
  • This month -- Calendar month to date
  • Last month -- Previous calendar month
  • Custom range -- Select specific start and end dates

Quick actions

The Home dashboard provides shortcuts for common tasks:

  • Create Invoice -- Generate a new invoice for a customer
  • Add Customer -- Create a new customer record
  • New Checkout Link -- Create a shareable payment link
  • View Reports -- Access detailed analytics and reports

Recent activity feed

The activity feed shows real-time updates including:

  • New customer sign-ups
  • Successful payments
  • Failed payment attempts
  • Subscription changes (upgrades, downgrades, cancellations)
  • Refund requests
  • Chargeback notifications

Click any activity item to view full details and take action if needed.

Items requiring your attention are highlighted on the dashboard:
