Overview

The WooCommerce integration will connect your WooCommerce-powered online store directly with RevKeen, enabling you to accept payments through RevKeen's checkout while keeping your product catalog and order data synchronized between both platforms. If you already use WooCommerce for e-commerce and want to leverage RevKeen's billing intelligence, margin tracking, and unified payment dashboard, this integration will bridge the gap.

Planned Features

The WooCommerce integration is designed to provide a seamless connection between your store and RevKeen:

• Payment Gateway Plugin -- A WooCommerce payment gateway plugin that routes checkout payments through RevKeen. Customers complete their purchase on your WooCommerce storefront and pay via RevKeen's secure checkout, giving you access to margin tracking and cost analytics on every order.

• Order Synchronization -- Orders placed in WooCommerce will automatically sync to RevKeen as invoices. Order status updates (fulfilled, refunded, cancelled) will flow bi-directionally so both systems stay in sync without manual data entry.

• Customer Data Sync -- Customer profiles created during WooCommerce checkout will sync to RevKeen, giving you a unified view of all your customers whether they purchase through your online store or through direct invoicing.

• Product Catalog Mapping -- Map WooCommerce products and variations to RevKeen products. This enables consistent reporting across sales channels and ensures that margin calculations account for all revenue sources.

• Subscription Support -- For stores using WooCommerce Subscriptions, recurring billing will be managed through RevKeen's subscription engine with automatic renewal processing, dunning, and failed payment recovery.

How It Will Work

1. Install the RevKeen payment gateway plugin from the WordPress plugin directory
2. Enter your RevKeen API key in the plugin settings
3. Configure which payment methods to offer at checkout
4. Map your WooCommerce products to RevKeen products (optional, for margin tracking)
5. Enable the gateway and start accepting payments
