Account Setup

Create and configure your RevKeen merchant account

RevKeen is built for businesses that need reliable payment infrastructure without the usual onboarding headaches. Our guided setup walks you through everything step by step, with auto-save at every stage so you never lose your progress.

Most merchants complete the full onboarding in under 15 minutes. Once submitted, our team reviews your application and handles the payment gateway setup on your behalf -- you will not need to navigate complex provider portals or manage technical configurations yourself.

You get a 14-day free trial with full sandbox access from the moment you sign up. Start exploring the dashboard, create test products, and run test transactions while your account is being reviewed.

How It Works

  1. Sign Up and Onboard -- Create your account with a magic link -- no passwords to remember. Complete the 6-step guided setup at your own pace.
  2. We Handle the Rest -- Our ops team reviews your application, provisions your payment gateway, and configures everything for you. You will receive an application reference to track progress.
  3. Go Live -- Once approved and provisioned, your live payment gateway is activated. Start accepting real payments with cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

What You Will Need

Have the following ready before you start. If you do not have everything yet, you can still begin -- the onboarding auto-saves your progress so you can come back anytime.

  • A valid email address (we use magic links -- no passwords needed)
  • Your business name and trading name (if different)
  • A support email and website URL
  • Your company logo (PNG or SVG, minimum 200px)
  • Basic information about your products and how you plan to use RevKeen
  • Contact details for your primary point of contact

The 6-Step Guided Onboarding

Every step auto-saves as you go. You can leave and come back at any time -- your progress is always preserved. The entire process typically takes 10-15 minutes.

Step 1: Organization Details

Tell us about your business. This is the foundation of your RevKeen account.

  • Organization Name -- Your legal business name
  • Trading Name -- The name your customers know you by (if different)
  • Support Email -- Where your customers can reach you
  • Website URL -- Your business website
  • Region and Timezone -- Where you primarily operate
  • Company Size -- Helps us tailor the experience
  • Logo Upload -- Your brand identity across invoices, checkout, and emails

Step 2: Business Profile

Help us understand your business model so we can configure the right tools for you.

  • Product Description -- What you sell or the services you provide
  • Customer Type -- B2B, B2C, or both
  • Customer Regions -- Where your customers are located
  • Billing Model -- One-time, recurring subscriptions, usage-based, or a mix
  • Billing Intervals -- Monthly, quarterly, annual, or custom

Not sure about your billing model yet? Choose what best describes your plans -- you can always adjust your product setup later.

Step 3: Platform Usage

Tell us how you plan to use RevKeen so we can recommend the right features and integrations.

  • Primary Use Case -- Your main reason for using RevKeen
  • Customer-Facing Usage -- Checkout links, hosted invoices, customer portal, etc.
  • Technical Usage -- API integrations, webhooks, embedded checkout, etc.
  • Integration Notes -- Any specific systems you need RevKeen to work with

Step 4: Volume and Acquisition

Share your expected transaction volumes. This helps us configure the right processing setup for your business.

  • Expected Monthly Volume -- Approximate monthly transaction count
  • Average Transaction Value -- Typical payment amount
  • Current Payment Provider -- If you are switching from another provider
  • Go-Live Timeline -- When you plan to start accepting payments

Step 5: Contact and Preferences

Set up your primary contact and communication preferences so our team can reach you during the review process.

  • Contact Name and Email -- Your primary point of contact
  • Phone and Job Title -- So we know who to ask for
  • Sales Call -- Optionally schedule a call with our team
  • Email Preferences -- Product updates, tips, and announcements

Step 6: Review and Submit

Review everything you have entered, confirm it is accurate, and submit your application. You will need to accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email and an application reference number visible in your dashboard. Our team typically begins reviewing applications within one business day.

Your 14-day trial and sandbox access are active from the moment you sign up -- you do not need to wait for the review to start exploring RevKeen.

Identity Verification

To protect your account and your customers, RevKeen requires identity verification before you can access certain sensitive actions like activating live payments or generating production API keys.

Identity verification is handled as part of our application review process:

  • When you submit your onboarding application, our team reviews your business details
  • Once approved, your identity is verified and your account is unlocked for live payments
  • You will be notified when your account has been approved
  • No additional steps or documents are needed from you -- our team handles everything

Identity verification is not required to explore RevKeen, set up products, or use the sandbox. It is only needed when you are ready to go live.

What Happens After You Submit

After completing the 6-step onboarding, here is what happens behind the scenes -- and what we handle for you.

  1. Application Review -- Our team reviews your application details. You will receive an application reference in your dashboard to track status. We reply within one business day.
  2. Payment Gateway Provisioning -- We configure your payment gateway, set up card processing, enable 3D Secure, and optionally activate Apple Pay and Google Pay -- all on your behalf.
  3. Testing and Quality Check -- We run end-to-end tests on your payment setup -- card payments, refunds, 3D Secure flows, and wallet payments -- before handing over to you.
  4. Go Live -- Once everything is verified and tested, we activate your live payment credentials. You will receive a confirmation and can start accepting real payments immediately.

We typically respond to support requests within one business day. For onboarding-related questions, our team often replies within a few hours.

During your trial period, you have full access to the sandbox environment for testing. Always test your checkout flow in sandbox mode before accepting real payments -- this helps catch configuration issues early.
