Notifications
View and manage alerts, payment notifications, and system messages
The Inbox consolidates all notifications, alerts, and updates from across RevKeen into a single location. Stay informed about important events and take action directly from your inbox.
What appears in your inbox
Your inbox receives notifications across several categories:

| Subscriptions | New subscriptions, cancellations, renewals, trial endings |
| Invoices | Invoice created, paid, overdue, voided |
| Customers | New customers, profile updates, payment method changes |
| Disputes | Chargeback opened, evidence due, dispute resolved |
| System | Webhook failures, integration issues, security alerts |

- Chargebacks requiring evidence submission

Informational
Updates to keep you informed:
- Successful payment confirmations

- Subscription renewals
- Payout completions
Managing notifications
Filtering
Filter your inbox by:
- All -- View all notifications
- Unread -- Only unread items
- Action Required -- Items needing attention
- Category -- Payments, subscriptions, customers, etc.
Actions
Available actions for notifications:
- Mark as read -- Dismiss the notification
- View details -- Open the related object (invoice, customer, etc.)
- Take action -- Perform the required action directly
- Archive -- Remove from active inbox
Notification preferences
Configure which notifications you receive and how:
- Go to Settings > Notifications
- Toggle notification types on/off
- Configure email digest preferences
- Set up Slack integration for real-time alerts
Critical notifications (chargebacks, security alerts) cannot be disabled to ensure you never miss important events.
Email notifications
In addition to in-app notifications, you can receive email alerts:

| Daily digest | Summary of the day's activity sent each morning |
| Weekly summary | Weekly business performance overview |
Slack integration
Connect RevKeen to Slack for real-time notifications:
- Go to Apps > Slack
- Click Connect to Slack
- Select the channel for notifications
- Choose which events to send to Slack
