Canva (beta)

Connect your own Canva account to RevKeen, edit a design in Canva and import it as a PNG for product images and your logo.

The Canva integration is in beta. Scope and support may change.

Connect your own Canva account to bring designs into RevKeen. You choose a design, edit it in Canva, and RevKeen imports the exported PNG into your RevKeen media storage.

Canva is optional. RevKeen's standard media tools, stock photos and image editing work without it. See Media.

What you can do

Import a Canva design as a product image.
Import a Canva design as your business logo.

The Canva option appears in the media picker for those uploads once your account is connected.

Connect Canva

Go to Apps > Marketplace and open Canva.
Click Connect. A Canva window opens.
Sign in with your own Canva account and approve the requested access.

Connect from your own signed-in session. A connection started while someone is acting on your account on your behalf is refused.

Import a design

Open a product's images, or your logo in your business settings, and open the media picker.
Choose Canva and pick a design. Edit it in Canva if you need to.
Import it. RevKeen stores the exported PNG in your media storage, and it behaves like any other upload.

Disconnect

Open Apps > Marketplace > Canva and disconnect. RevKeen deletes its connection reference. Images you already imported stay in RevKeen.

Data and billing

RevKeen stores a reference to your Canva connection, not your Canva password or a Canva token you paste in.
RevKeen reads the design titles, thumbnails and edit links of the designs you choose, and the PNG you import.
Any Canva subscription or premium content is between you and Canva. RevKeen does not sell or bundle Canva.
Only use designs you have the rights to use, and describe stock imagery as stock.
