Analytics

Track revenue metrics, MRR, churn, and checkout conversion rates

The Analytics dashboard provides deep insights into your business performance. Track revenue trends, understand customer behavior, and identify growth opportunities.

Accessing Analytics

Navigate to Finance > Analytics to view your analytics dashboard. Checkout-specific analytics are available under Checkout > Analytics.

Revenue Metrics

MRR Movements

Track how your MRR changes over time:

Charts and Visualizations

Interactive charts help you understand trends:

  • Revenue by product -- Top performing products
  • Geographic distribution -- Revenue by country

Time Period Selection

Analyze data across different time periods:

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days
  • Year to date
  • Custom date range

Compare periods to see growth. Select "Compare to previous period" to view percentage changes.

Cohort Analysis

Understand customer behavior over time:

  • Retention cohorts -- How long customers stay by signup month
  • Revenue cohorts -- Revenue generated by signup cohort
  • Product cohorts -- Behavior differences by first product

Checkout Analytics

Checkout Analytics helps you understand how customers move through your checkout flow, identify drop-off points, and optimize for higher conversion rates.

Checkout Funnel

Track customers through each step:

  1. Page View -- Landed on checkout
  2. Email Entered -- Provided email address
  3. Details Complete -- Filled all required fields
  4. Payment Attempted -- Clicked pay button
  5. Payment Successful -- Transaction completed

The funnel visualization shows where customers drop off so you can focus optimization efforts.

Compare performance across different checkout links:

  • Revenue generated per link
  • Conversion rate per link
  • Average order value
  • Abandonment rate

Use this to identify which checkout links perform best and apply winning patterns to others.

Device Breakdown

Understand how device type affects conversions:

Payment Method Analytics

See which payment methods customers prefer:

  • Usage percentage by payment method

  • UTM Source -- Tagged marketing campaigns
  • Ref parameter -- Custom tracking codes

Time to Convert

Understand checkout duration:

  • Average time -- From page view to completion
  • Time per step -- Duration at each stage
  • Optimal range -- Target checkout time

Longer checkout times often indicate friction. Look for steps that take unusually long.

Failure Analysis

Understand why payments fail:

Exporting Reports

Export data for further analysis:

  1. Select the report or chart
  2. Click Export
  3. Choose format (CSV, Excel, or PDF)
  4. Download the report

Scheduled Reports

Automatically receive reports via email:

  1. Configure the report parameters
  2. Click Schedule
  3. Set frequency (daily, weekly, monthly)
  4. Add email recipients
  5. Save the schedule
