Wodify

Sync gym membership data between RevKeen and Wodify

What is Wodify?

Wodify is a comprehensive gym management platform popular with CrossFit boxes, functional fitness studios, and gyms. It handles:

  • Class scheduling and reservations
  • Athlete performance tracking
  • Membership management
  • Retail and point of sale

Planned Features

The RevKeen + Wodify integration will provide:

How It Will Work

  1. Go to Apps > Wodify in RevKeen
  2. Click Connect to Wodify
  3. Enter your Wodify API credentials
  4. Map your RevKeen products to Wodify memberships
  5. Configure sync settings
  6. Enable the integration

You will need Wodify API access. Contact Wodify support if you don't have API credentials.

Product Mapping

Map RevKeen products to Wodify membership types:

  1. In the Wodify integration settings
  2. Click Map Products
  3. For each RevKeen product, select the corresponding Wodify membership
  4. Configure any additional mapping options
  5. Save mappings

Synchronization

New Subscriptions

  1. Customer completes checkout in RevKeen
  2. Subscription is created in RevKeen
  3. RevKeen sends data to Wodify
  4. Member is created or updated in Wodify with active membership

Subscription Changes

Changes will sync automatically:
