Ask RevKeen and Agent Studio

Use the Assistant for natural-language questions and set up payment agents that work through approvals

Agent Studio is where the Assistant lives in your dashboard: Ask RevKeen answers questions in natural language, and payment agents use your approved settings to work through repetitive payment jobs. Everything that moves money is checked by a person before it happens.

What you'll learn
  • Where Ask RevKeen fits in your dashboard
  • What Agent Studio contains, and which sections do what
  • How payment agents run and where you approve their work
  • What a person must review before an action goes ahead
  • How Assistant pricing is billed

Ask RevKeen

Ask RevKeen is the Assistant chat in your dashboard. Open it from the sidebar to ask questions about your workspace in natural language and review the records it brings back. Answers cite their sources, and a recommendation never authorises a change by itself.

RevKeen drafts and requests. A person approves anything that moves money.

Ask RevKeen: from question to recorded result

Text chat and record review are always available. File attachments are currently disabled while secure file processing is unavailable — uploading a file does not mean its contents have been processed. See Review attachments in Ask RevKeen for the current behaviour.

This is separate from the public RevKeen Assistant on documentation pages, which answers documentation questions only and has no access to your merchant account.

Agent Studio

Agent Studio is the sidebar destination that groups everything Assistant-related. It is organised into three sections:

Agents

The Agents destination has three tabs:

TabWhat it does
BuildCreate and manage a payment agent draft
DeployedMonitor and manage the payment agents configured for this merchant
VersionsReview immutable versions of your agents

Deployed agents show recorded runs, completed runs, and pending approvals at a glance, so you can see what a payment agent has done and what is waiting on you.

Knowledge

Knowledge holds the sources you want the Assistant and your payment agents to work from. The more complete and current your knowledge, the better grounded the answers and agent runs are. Review what is included before you rely on it for payment decisions.

Suggested replies

Suggested replies are human-reviewed drafts — never sent autonomously. You review, edit, preview, copy, or discard them. This preserves the rule that a person approves anything that moves money.

How a payment agent runs

A payment agent works through a job in the same ask-then-approve pattern:

  1. The agent picks up a job from your configured triggers and drafts the work it wants to do.
  2. The draft, and any action inside it, appears as a pending approval.
  3. A person in your workspace reviews the draft and the arguments.
  4. Only after approval does the agent act, and the result is recorded as a run in Activity.

Runs and approvals are the two things to watch on the Activity destination. If an agent proposes work whose inputs have changed, it must be reviewed again against the latest record.

Access and governance

The Assistant is subject to the same workspace roles as the rest of your dashboard. What a person can configure or act on follows the role access for that workspace, and the Assistant is read-only when you are viewing as a merchant. See the Security destination in Agent Studio for the governance defaults.

Missing or denied access fails closed: if the Assistant cannot confirm it may act, it does not act.

Pricing

Assistant is an add-on from RevKeen's base plans:

ItemCost
Assistant£29/month with 1,000 actions included
Additional actions£0.03 per action
BillingMonthly or quoted

Assistant covers natural-language reporting, revenue recommendations, operational alerts, approved actions, and MCP or API tool access where enabled. See How fees work and the fees page for the full pricing picture.

What the Assistant can connect to

Agent Studio Integrations lists the workspace connections used for Assistant handoff, alerts, and issue reporting. For example, a connected HubSpot gives the Assistant read-only CRM context through your authorised account. Marketplace connections follow the usual Marketplace lifecycle.
