Zapier

Overview

The Zapier integration will connect RevKeen to over 5,000 apps without writing any code. Build automated workflows (called "Zaps") that trigger actions in other tools whenever something happens in RevKeen -- a payment is received, a subscription starts, an invoice goes overdue, or a customer is created. If you already use Zapier to connect your business tools, the RevKeen integration will slot directly into your existing automation stack.

Planned Features

The Zapier integration will expose RevKeen events as triggers and RevKeen actions as steps in Zapier workflows:

• Triggers (RevKeen to other apps) -- Use RevKeen events to start Zapier workflows. Planned triggers include new payment received, subscription created, subscription cancelled, invoice overdue, customer created, refund issued, and chargeback opened. Each trigger will include the full event payload so you can use any field in your Zap.

• Actions (Other apps to RevKeen) -- Use Zapier to push data into RevKeen. Planned actions include creating customers, creating invoices, sending payment links, and looking up transaction details. This will enable workflows like "when a deal closes in HubSpot, create a RevKeen invoice."

• Searches -- Look up existing RevKeen data from within a Zap. Find a customer by email, look up an invoice by number, or retrieve a subscription's status to use in conditional logic.

Example Automations

Here are some workflows you will be able to build:

• New payment received -- Add a row to a Google Sheet, send a thank-you email via Mailchimp, and create a task in Asana
• Subscription cancelled -- Create a ticket in Zendesk, add the customer to a win-back campaign in ActiveCampaign, and notify your team in Slack
• Invoice overdue -- Send a reminder via Twilio SMS, log in Airtable, and escalate in your project management tool
• New customer created -- Add to your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive), subscribe to a mailing list, and send a welcome sequence
