Product images and shared media
RevKeen Standard media, optional Canva accounts and ownership of website content.
The shared RevKeen media experience is in development for product images, merchant logos and other image/video upload surfaces, including managed Storefront. Availability will be shown in the relevant upload control. Existing uploads continue to use RevKeen storage and each surface's file limits.
| Experience | What it provides |
|---|---|
| RevKeen Standard | Pexels photos and short videos, Filerobot image editing and existing RevKeen media storage. No separate merchant media-provider account is required. Standard works independently of Canva. |
| Connect Canva — optional | Connect your own Canva account from Apps Marketplace (Nango). Edit in Canva and import a PNG into RevKeen storage. You pay Canva directly for any subscription or premium content. RevKeen stores the connection reference only; it does not bundle or resell Canva. |
When available, image editing creates a new file and retains the original. Filerobot edits images; it is not a video editor. Supported formats and maximum file sizes depend on the upload surface. Cancelling an edit keeps the current selection. If an upload fails, the current selection remains and the control shows an error.
Stock imagery must be described as stock, rather than presented as your actual staff, premises, customers or results. Private documents and grant-controlled downloads remain private; adding a media picker does not make them public.
Managed Storefront is a website editor being built alongside the existing Storefront APIs, Cart integration and Sanity adapter. It owns public content, branding, navigation, collections and display choices. RevKeen Products owns product identity, price references, billing configuration and sale eligibility. Restoring website content does not restore product prices, orders or payment state.
Cart owns selected items and quantities. Hosted checkout performs final validation and determines the available payment methods. Orders, subscriptions, invoices, payment events, fulfilment, customer access and notifications continue to use their existing RevKeen services.
The existing direct payment-link checkout remains card-only. Do not infer Direct Debit availability from a website template, image, button or payment logo.
