Accessing Analytics

Navigate to Finance → Analytics to view your analytics dashboard.

Time Period Selection

Analyze data across different time periods:

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days
  • Year to date
  • Custom date range
Compare periods to see growth. Select "Compare to previous period" to view percentage changes.

Cohort Analysis

Understand customer behavior over time:

  • Retention cohorts - How long customers stay by signup month
  • Revenue cohorts - Revenue generated by signup cohort
  • Product cohorts - Behavior differences by first product

Exporting Reports

Export data for further analysis:

  1. Select the report or chart
  2. Click Export
  3. Choose format (CSV, Excel, or PDF)
  4. Download the report

Scheduled Reports

Automatically receive reports via email:

  1. Configure the report parameters
  2. Click Schedule
  3. Set frequency (daily, weekly, monthly)
  4. Add email recipients
  5. Save the schedule
