Transaction-level view of all payments received

The Income dashboard provides a complete view of all payments received. Track individual transactions, understand revenue composition, and reconcile with your payment processors.

Accessing Income

Navigate to Finance → Income to view all transactions.

Transaction List

The list shows all successful payments:

Filtering Transactions

Find specific transactions using filters:

  • Date range - Payments within a period
  • Customer - Payments from specific customer
  • Amount - Minimum or maximum amount
  • Status - Paid, refunded, or disputed
  • Payment method - Card, ACH, etc.
  • Product - Payments for specific product

Summary Metrics

The header shows totals for the selected period:

Transaction Details

Click any transaction to view full details:

  • Payment details - Amount, currency, fees
  • Payment method - Card type, last 4 digits
  • Related invoice - Link to the invoice paid
  • Customer info - Link to customer profile
  • Gateway response - Transaction ID, authorization
  • Timeline - Payment events and status changes

Understanding Fees

Processing fees vary by payment method:

Debit CardsUsually lower than credit cards
ACH/Bank TransferFixed fee or percentage with cap

Revenue by Source

Break down income by source:

  • By product - Revenue per product
  • By customer - Top customers by revenue
  • By payment method - Card vs ACH breakdown
  • By checkout link - Revenue per link

Exporting Income Data

Export transactions for accounting or analysis:

  1. Set your date range and filters
  2. Click Export
  3. Choose format:
    • CSV - For spreadsheets
    • PDF - For reports
    • QuickBooks format - For accounting software
  4. Download the file

Reconciliation

Match RevKeen data with your bank statements:

  • Use the payout reference to match bank deposits
  • Filter by payout to see included transactions
  • Export for detailed reconciliation
