Orders Dashboard
Track and manage one-time purchases and fulfillment
The Orders dashboard shows all one-time purchases. Monitor order status, track fulfillment, and manage customer purchases.
Accessing Orders
Navigate to Sales → Orders to view all orders.
Order List
The list displays all orders with key information:

| Order # | Unique order identifier |
| Customer | Customer name and email |
| Items | Products purchased |
| Total | Order amount |
| Payment | Payment status |
| Fulfillment | Delivery status |
| Date | When the order was placed |
Filtering Orders
Use filters to find specific orders:
- Payment status - Paid, pending, failed, refunded
- Fulfillment status - Unfulfilled, partial, fulfilled
- Date range - Order date range
- Customer - Search by customer
- Product - Filter by product purchased
Order Status
Payment Status
| Status | Description |

Pending | Awaiting payment confirmation |
Paid | Payment received successfully |
Failed | Payment attempt failed |
Refunded | Full refund issued |
Partial Refund | Partial refund issued |
Fulfillment Status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
Unfulfilled | No items delivered yet |
Partial | Some items delivered |
Fulfilled | All items delivered |
Order Details Page
Click any order to view full details:
- Order items - Products, quantities, and prices
- Customer info - Contact and billing details
- Payment details - Payment method and transaction ID
- Fulfillment status - Delivery status per item
- Activity log - Order history and changes
Managing Fulfillment
For products requiring manual fulfillment:
- Open the order
- Click Fulfill Items
- Select items to mark as fulfilled
- Add tracking information (if applicable)
- Optionally notify customer
- Click Fulfill
Digital products with file download benefits are automatically fulfilled when payment succeeds.
Order Actions
| Action | When to Use |

| Refund | Issue full or partial refund |
| Resend Receipt | Email order confirmation again |
| Add Note | Internal note for your team |
| Cancel Order | Cancel unfulfilled order |
Bulk Actions
Select multiple orders for bulk operations:
- Mark fulfilled - Bulk fulfill selected orders
- Export - Download as CSV
- Print packing slips - Generate shipping documents
