Product Catalogue

Create and manage your products and pricing

The Product Catalogue is your central hub for managing all products and services you sell. From here you can create products, configure pricing, and organize your offerings.

Accessing the Catalogue

Navigate to Products → Catalogue in the sidebar to view and manage your products.

Product List View

The catalogue displays all your products with key information:

Filtering and Search

Find products quickly using:

  • Search - Search by product name or description
  • Type filter - Show only one-time or recurring products
  • Status filter - Active, archived, or all
  • Sort - By name, date created, or price

Creating a Product

  1. Click the New Product button
  2. Enter the product name and description
  3. Upload an optional product image
  4. Configure fulfillment settings (if applicable)
  5. Add one or more prices
  6. Save the product
Products can have multiple prices (e.g., monthly and annual billing options). Configure all pricing before creating checkout links.

Product Details Page

Click any product to view its details page, which shows:

  • Overview - Product info and settings
  • Prices - All price configurations
  • Checkout Links - Links created for this product
  • Subscribers - Active subscriptions (for recurring products)
  • Orders - Past orders for this product

Editing Products

You can edit most product details at any time:

Price amounts cannot be changed after creation to maintain audit integrity. Create a new price and archive the old one instead.

Archiving Products

Archive products you no longer sell:

  1. Open the product details
  2. Click the actions menu (⋮)
  3. Select Archive
  4. Confirm the action

Archived products:

  • Cannot be purchased via new checkout links
  • Existing subscriptions continue unaffected
  • Can be restored at any time
  • Hidden from catalogue by default (use filter to show)
