Checkout Links Dashboard
Create, manage, and track your checkout links
The Checkout Links dashboard lets you create shareable payment links, monitor their performance, and manage all your checkout URLs in one place.
Accessing Checkout Links
Navigate to Products → Checkout Links to view all your checkout links.
Checkout Links List
The list shows all your checkout links with:

| Name | Internal name for the link |
| Product | Associated product and price |
| URL | Shareable checkout URL |
| Views | Number of times the link was opened |
| Conversions | Completed checkouts |
| Revenue | Total revenue generated |
| Status | Active or inactive |
Creating a Checkout Link
- Click New Checkout Link
- Select a product and price
- Configure optional settings:
- Custom URL slug
- Pre-applied discount
- Quantity limits
- Expiration date
- Custom fields
- Success redirect URL
- Click Create Link
- Copy and share your link
Quick Actions
Hover over any checkout link to access quick actions:
- Copy URL - Copy the full checkout URL
- Copy Short URL - Copy a shortened version
- View Analytics - See detailed conversion metrics
- Edit - Modify link settings
- Deactivate - Temporarily disable the link
URL Parameters
Append parameters to pre-fill checkout information:

Link Analytics
Click any link to view detailed analytics:
- Funnel metrics - Views → Started → Completed
- Conversion rate - Percentage of views that convert
- Revenue - Total and average order value
- Referral sources - Where traffic comes from
- Device breakdown - Desktop vs mobile
- Time to convert - Average checkout duration
Use UTM parameters in your links to track marketing campaign performance. RevKeen captures and reports on standard UTM parameters.
Bulk Actions
Select multiple links to perform bulk actions:
- Activate - Enable selected links
- Deactivate - Disable selected links
- Delete - Permanently remove links
- Export - Download link data as CSV
Link Status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
Active | Link is live and accepting payments |
Inactive | Link is disabled; visitors see an error |
Expired | Link passed its expiration date |
Limit Reached | Maximum uses exceeded |
