What Appears in Your Inbox
Your inbox receives notifications for:

Managing Notifications
Filtering
Filter your inbox by:
- All - View all notifications
- Unread - Only unread items
- Action Required - Items needing attention
- Category - Payments, subscriptions, customers, etc.
Actions
Available actions for notifications:
- Mark as read - Dismiss the notification
- View details - Open the related object (invoice, customer, etc.)
- Take action - Perform the required action directly
- Archive - Remove from active inbox
Notification Preferences
Configure which notifications you receive and how:
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Toggle notification types on/off
- Configure email digest preferences
- Set up Slack integration for real-time alerts
Critical notifications (chargebacks, security alerts) cannot be disabled to ensure you never miss important events.
Email Notifications
In addition to in-app notifications, you can receive:

Slack Integration
Connect RevKeen to Slack for real-time notifications:
- Go to Apps → Slack
- Click Connect to Slack
- Select the channel for notifications
- Choose which events to send to Slack
