Subscriptions Dashboard

Monitor and manage recurring billing relationships

The Subscriptions dashboard provides a complete view of all active and past subscriptions. Monitor MRR, manage lifecycle changes, and track subscription health.

Accessing Subscriptions

Navigate to Sales → Subscriptions to view all subscriptions.

Subscription Metrics

The dashboard header shows key metrics:

Subscription List

The list displays all subscriptions with:

Filtering Subscriptions

Use filters to find specific subscriptions:

  • Status - Active, trialing, past_due, canceled, paused
  • Product - Filter by subscribed product
  • Customer - Search by customer
  • Date range - Started or next billing date
  • Amount range - Minimum or maximum MRR

Subscription Details Page

Click any subscription to view full details:

  • Current plan - Product, price, and quantity
  • Billing info - Amount, cycle, and next billing date
  • Payment method - Card or payment method on file
  • Invoice history - All invoices for this subscription
  • Discounts - Applied promotional codes
  • Activity log - All subscription changes

Managing Subscriptions

Change Plan

  1. Open the subscription
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select new product or price
  4. Choose proration behavior:
    • Prorate - Credit/charge difference
    • None - Change at next renewal
  5. Confirm the change

Pause Subscription

  1. Open the subscription
  2. Click Pause
  3. Set resume date (optional)
  4. Confirm the pause
Paused subscriptions retain the customer's payment method and can be resumed at any time.

Cancel Subscription

  1. Open the subscription
  2. Click Cancel
  3. Choose cancellation timing:
    • At period end - Active until paid period ends
    • Immediately - Cancel now (consider prorated refund)
  4. Record cancellation reason (optional)
  5. Confirm cancellation
Immediate cancellation does not automatically refund the customer. Issue a prorated refund if appropriate.

Reactivating Subscriptions

You can reactivate recently canceled subscriptions:

  1. Find the canceled subscription
  2. Click Reactivate
  3. Confirm billing details
  4. The subscription resumes with the same plan
