Get unmapped transaction attempts

Return aggregated unmapped-line-item attempts — external packages that appeared on synced invoices but had no product mapping. Grouped by external package with attempt counts and last-seen timestamps. Drives the 'Missing mappings' prompt in the integration dashboard.
